– Shipping?

We ship all of our decoration with Bpost, this items are well packed with care so you can be sure you will receive your item in the best condition. Our Bpost shipments are done once a week on Wednesday, if you need your package faster(birthday, partygift,..) then please contact us and we will make sure you’ll have it in time!
Furniture: This is done by us personally, this includes:
– A Friendly smile
– A carefully packaged item
– Delivery when it fits for you!
– Some help getting it up the stairs or where ever the item has to go!
After an order is made we will contact you to schedule a date and moment that fits for you!

If you want have something shipped to outside of Belgium, then please contact us!

 

– Picking up?

We offer the option to pick up your items in our workshop, for this option we will also contact you set up an appointment to come by our workshop!

Since we are located in Leuven (Haasrode), and we have limited space, we do ask to pick up your items in 7 days.
If this is not possible, we contact you to come to an arrangement. Does your item stay with us longer then 1 week we ask that payment is done beforehand.

– Our location?

We are currently an online based shop and do not have a real shop, however you are more the welcome to pick up an item or come have a look at an item in our workshop, after contacting us. (Leuven, area Haasrode)

When you select to pick up your item, we will contact you within 48hours!

– Payment?
there are 4 options,Wire-transfer, cash at pick up or delivery, Creditcard or Paypal

Cash at pick up is only possible when you pick up your items , or when you choose for delivery as furniture!
Free decoration shipping can not be combined with Cash on pick up.

– Guarantee?

We keep it simple!
We offer a standard 2 week money back, this means no questions asked you can return an item and get your money back!
Only 1Rule, item must be in the same condition as it was sent or picked up. (Decorations must be in original packaging)

– How to make an order
There are three options:
– You contact us, via mail, Facebook, or phone, and we take care of the order!
– Via our Webshop, choose your item, click on “buy it here”, the go to checkout and select your kind of shipping and payment. Finished:)
– We try to have a fysical location once a month, this can be a vintage market, popupstore, expo,…
